Large development proposed for Milltown

Kerry County Council has received an application for the construction of a large development in Milltown. It includes 70 houses, five apartments and a two-storey building containing four retail units and four offices. The 70 houses include, 42 traditional style 2-storey semi-detached dwellings, 22 two-storey terraced houses and 6 two-storey detached houses. The site is located at Ballyoughtragh North, Milltown.
